Windhaven Australia is delighted to confirm its 100% purchase of ProCare Personnel Australia.
ProCare is a specialist provider of recruitment and labour-hire services to Australia’s burgeoning $A8.2 billion Community Services and Social Welfare Industry. Based in Beenleigh, Southeast Queensland, ProCare was the first specialist recruitment firm to focus exclusively on the Social Welfare sector, and now provides services to a broad cross-section of clients in Queensland and New South Wales.
One of ProCare’s most significant competitive advantages is its internal recruitment policy, which is to attract and train industry professionals with qualifications and sector specific knowledge to filter and assess candidate so that high quality personnel are present to the client as either permanent placements or temporary / locum staff. This focus on employing industry professionals and training them to be effective recruiters differentiates the ProCare Personnel business from mainstream recruitment agencies and enables it to establish strong, long-term relationships with its customer base of government and not-for-profit welfare agencies.
