Windhaven Aged Care Holdings Purchases 5 More Facilities

Windhaven Aged Care Holdings confirms it has purchased 5 more care facilities, bringing its portfolio up to 24.

The facilities increase the group's national coverage, being in Palmerston North, West Auckland, Dunedin and 2 in Hamilton.

Ben Unger of Windhaven states "we are delighted to come to a deal with Radius Properties Limited (RPL) to take on these facilities, building our long term knowledge of the industry.  RPL have passed to us some really good assets that will form a valuable part of our investment in Aged Care".

 

Windhaven wishes to make clear the Ultimate Care Group, the group's Aged Care operating business does not operate these facilities and they are currently under lease to private operators.
