After nearly 20 years of owning this provider of quality household textiles, SFG have divested in Icon Home.

 

We have sold Icon which provides such brands as Domani, Canon, Design Plus, FieldCrest and H&I. The shareholders felt the household textile market no longer fitted the strategic direction of our group, and Windhaven is delighted to have found a purchaser that will grow the business and the brands.

 

Ben Unger, CEO of Windhaven, says "Icon Home has evolved into being a series of brand homewares of which we are very proud. It is now appropriate for other industry players to take those brands to the next level".

 

Icon Home will continue to supply its products to the major retailers in New Zealand.
